REFUND POLICY
GENERAL BOOKING REFUND POLICY
When Spring Mountain must close for weather issues, all bookings will be refunded or rescheduled at your request. Notify us by phone or email, 3 days or more in advance of booking to reschedule or get a refund. Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled booking will not be refunded & there will be a $25 fee to reschedule. We do sell out quite often so please notify us immediately of any scheduling changes. This policy is for single day events only – please see the refund policy for all programs on the program pages.
ICE RINK RENTAL REFUND POLICY

Cancellations within 15 days of your scheduled booking will not be refunded & there will be a $25 fee to reschedule. We have a large wait list for some ice times so please notify us immediately of any scheduling changes.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
BECAUSE YOU BOOKED A PACKAGE PROGRAM, UTILIZING THE SAME INSTRUCTORS AT THE SAME TIME WITH EACH GROUP OF STUDENTS, WE ARE ABLE TO GIVE YOU THIS PROGRAM FOR A TERRIFIC PRICE. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE FIRST LESSON TO RECEIVE A REFUND. WITHIN 2 WEEKS, THE PROGRAM CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED. ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD REGARDLESS OF WEATHER AS LONG AS THE MOUNTAIN IS OPEN. THERE ARE NO MAKEUP LESSONS FOR MISSED CLASSES UNLESS THE MOUNTAIN IS CLOSED. NO EXCEPTIONS! IF THE MOUNTAIN IS CLOSED, WE WILL HAVE A MAKEUP CLASS (see schedule on program pages). IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE THE SCHEDULED MAKEUP CLASS THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO GET ALL 4 CLASSES IN DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL OFFER A LIFT TICKET & RENTAL (if needed) TO BE USED BY THE STUDENT ON ANY OTHER DAY THAT WE ARE OPEN THIS SEASON OR NEXT. WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SCHEDULE ALL 4 CLASSES. THERE ARE NO MAKEUPS FOR ILLNESS. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN THIS PROGRAM AND THE SHORT DURATION OF THE PROGRAM, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES! THIS IS A GREAT DEAL EVEN IF YOU ONLY GET 3 OF THE 4 CLASSES!! THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL MULTI WEEK SKI, BOARD & SKATING LESSONS.
SEASON PASS REFUND POLICY
Season Passes can be refunded in full if canceled prior to the start of the Winter Season AND the passes have not yet been printed. Season passes are NON REFUNDABLE once we open for the season. Exceptions can be made for partial Customer Credit due to injury (with doctors note).
